Cutting your part out of sheet metal is often our first step. With laser cutting, we easily cut sheet metal into the exact shape and size needed for your custom products. We can cut holes and slots, etch onto the metal, and much more.
With wire feed robotic MIG welding, we ensure consistency on large-scale, repeat projects, so every weld meets the blueprint’s set standards. Our welding technicians and robotic welding operators are certified by the American Welding Society.
Shaping your component parts involves bending and folding sheet metal at the necessary angles. We can form both complex parts and heavy parts efficiently and safely with our variety of press brakes.
Powder coating is a durable paint coating that uses an electrostatic process to adhere to metal. We can apply powder coating to small and large parts in a wide range of colors, textures and glosses.

Your materials will go through our cutting, forming, machining and welding operations to create your component parts. At any time during the manufacturing process, we can perform inspections for quality and consistency.
Once the parts are fabricated, they’re ready for custom-color powder coating. Our facility’s advanced powder coating system can handle up to 26′ long parts.
From electronics, hydraulics, enclosures and more, we pre-assemble products at our facility before shipment. All you have to do is install them into the final product.
We offer regional delivery for those within 300 miles of our Lebanon, Missouri facility. Out of range? No worries. We use LTL carriers, and we can drop ship for you.
We work with a variety of materials including: stainless steel, mild steel, high-strength low-alloy steel (HSLA), titanium, aluminum, copper and polycarbonates.
